抄録

Continuous hemofiltration (CHF) is usually conducted in three different therapeutic modes ; continuous arteriovenous hemofiltration, continuous veno-venous hemofiltration and continuous hemodiafiltration. The membrane materials used in CHF are polyacrylonitrile, polysulfone, polyamide, polymethylmetacrylate, and celluose triacetate. There are two operatiols modes for plasmapheresis ; plasma exchange and cascade filtration plasmapheresis. The membrane materials for plasma separaters are polyethylene, polysulfone, cellulose triacetate, ethylenevinyl alcohol, polypropylene, and polymethylmetacrylate. The materials for plasma processorss are cellulose diacetate ethylene vinyl alcohol, and polypropylene. It is very important to understand the characteristics of each membrane material as well as to choose the proper therapeutic mode.
