Abstract
本報告では,マイクロストリップ線路において誘電体基板内部に周期的に棒状誘電体を配置したときの,伝送特性をFDTD法により解析した. その結果,帯域阻止特性を有するMSLが実現でき,さらに棒状誘電体の格子の大きさ,格子の間隔,ストリップ導体幅,格子本数等の構成の変化に対する中心周波数,最大遮断レベル,阻止帯域幅の変化傾向を定量的に示した.
Transmission characteristics of a microstrip line(MSL) with periodic dielectric rods inside the dielectric substrate are examined by the finite difference time domain(FDTD) method. As a result, we have provided the effective data of a center frequency, a bandwidth in the stop-band and the maximum attenuation level under the condition that share, gap, number of grid and the width of center strip of MSL are changed.
