Abstract
携帯電話などの移動体通信機で、それらの送信機から放射された高周波電力の一部が同じ筐体内にある制御部(CPU、ロジック回路、LCD等)にフィードバックする場合、制御部の歪みによってクロック信号で振幅変調を受ける。この振幅変調波が更に放射されて送信機のVCO回路にフィードバックすると送信彼のC/Nを劣化させる。このフィードバックのメカニズムを明確にした。また、VCOの発振回路のQとC/N劣化の関係についても検討し実験を行った。
In a Transportable Communication devices such as Cellular Telephone, a part of radio frequency power emitted from the transmitter will amplitude modulated by the clock signal of the distortion of the control section in the event it is fed back into the control section (CPU, Logic circuit, LCD, etc) of the same housing. When this amplitude modulated wave is emitted and fed back into the VCO circuit of the transmitter, it will cause C/N inferiority of the transmission wave. We have clarified the mechanism of the C/N inferiority caused by the feed back. Also, we have studied and conducted tests on the relation between the Q-of the oscillating circuit of the VCO and the C/N inferiority.
