Abstract
コプレーナ線路(CPW)構造を用い、30GHzチェビシェフ形帯域通過フィルタの設計を行った。共振器直結形フィルタの設計理論に基づいて設計を行う。電磁界シミュレータを用いて、このフィルタに用いる2種類の短絡スタブに対して解析を行い、フィルタの設計に必要な資料を得た。設計されたフィルタの周波数特性をシミュレータにより計算を行ったところ、所望の仕様をほぼ満足した。
A 30 GHz Chebyshev band-pass filter is designed by using a novel coplanar waveguide(CPW)structure. The design method is developed based on the theory of direct-coupled resonator filters. Two types of short-circuited stubs employed in the filter are analyzed by using an electromagnetic solver. Graphs of computed curves for the filter design purpose are provided. The simulated frequency response of the designed filter satisfies well the desired specifications.
