ヒストグラム法を用いたA/Dコンバータのテスト  [in Japanese] Histogram-Based Testing of A/D Converters  [in Japanese]

ヒストグラム法を利用して、A/Dコンバータをテストする場合の問題について検討する。本研究の目的は、A/Dコンバータが非単調性となる場合にもテストを可能にさせることである。これは、テスト入力が単調であれば可能であることが判明した。また、得られたヒストグラムのデータから、A/Dコンバータの微分非直線性誤差、積分非直線性誤差を求める時の精度を考察する。

This paper describes histogram-based testing of A/D converters. The main objective is to enable to test non-monotonic A/D converters. It became clear to be possible if input stimuli are monotony. We also consider accuracy of differential nonlinearity and integral nonlinearity of A/D converters which are obtained from histogram data.
