本稿は論文ではない。本稿は新しく国際的に提案されている機械安全分野におけるセンサとその適用方法に関する規格の紹介であって, 規格内容の概略と使用される用語を説明している。国際安全規格類は安全性確保の方法を機能上で分類して階層化して定められる。このため, 個別の規格を参照するだけでは安全性確保の論理構造が必ずしも明確でない。本稿ではIEC61496-1とIEC62046の二つの規格を関連する周辺規格の内容を引用しつつ説明する。

This report dose not become a paper. This report introduces the international standards on sensors and its applications proposed in safety of machinery field, and explains summary of their standards and words used. International safety standards classifies the method of safety measures functionally and are provided by hierarchy system. For this reason, the logical structure of safety assurance can not always be grasped. This report explains IEC61496-1 and IEC62406, refering to the related standards.
