Abstract

流通業・物流業では急速に電子商取引(EC)が進展しているが,これはコスト削減と収入増の2つを目的としている. ネットワーク(特にインターネット)をベースとするECはセキュリティ,取引の正当性が保証されなければならない.それには情報技術のみならず,関連各社の協力,法整備も必要である.それらについて幅広く概説する.

The e-Commerce in distribution and logistics industry is being promoted, especially by exploiting the Internet technology. The goal of e-Commerce is the cost reduction and revenue growth. The most important items in this strategy must be security and assurance of transaction. For achievement of this goal, the collaboration between information technology, related department, the legal system.
