フィルム状リチウム電池の開発  [in Japanese] Development of Film type Lithium battery  [in Japanese]

Abstract

高分子固体電解質を用いたフィルム状のりチウムー次電池およびりチウムイオンニ次電池を開発した。フィルム状一次電池は液体電解質を用いた市販のコイン電池よりも薄形化ができ、かつ安全であることが確認できた。フィルム状二次電池は、1CmAまでの充電が可能であり、サイクル寿命500サイクル以上、自己放電率10%/月以下であり、高い安全性を有している。

Film type primary and secondary batteries with solid polymer electrolyte have been developed. The film type primary baterries are considered to be thinner and safer than conventional coin type batteries having liquid eleectrolyte. The film type secondary batteries can be discharged up to 1CmA rate. The batteries provide life cycle characterstics of more than 500 charge-discharge cycles, self-discharge rate of less than 10%/month and no safety concerns.
