Abstract
ヘリカルCT画像を用いた肺がん集団検診は早期発見に有効である.しかし,画像枚数急増のために読影医の負担が大きくなる.そこで,我々研究室は読影医の支援目的のために肺がん検診診断システム(CAD)を開発し,1997年7月から臨床試験を行っている.本研究では結節の特徴と各診断における医師の判定を解析するとともに臨床試験の結果を述べ,比較読影CADシステムの有効性を評価する.
The lung cancer mass screening by helical CT images have drawn a great interest in the detection of suspicious regions. However, this detection leads to a considerable number of images to be diagnosis. Then, we have developed a computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) system for support purpose. Since July 1997, we have started a clinical trial using the CAD system. We analyze node profile and the Judgment of a doctor and show the result of a clinical trial and the validity of a CAD system.
