3次元血管造影CT像からのAdamkiewicz動脈の描出(ポスターセッション)  [in Japanese] Three Dimensional Display of Adamkiewicz Artery and Its Origin from 3-D CTA  [in Japanese]

Abstract

ステントグラフト留置術においては脊髄虚血による両下肢麻痺などの合併症を防ぐために, 術前にAdamkiewicz動脈を同定し, その動脈を閉塞しないように治療計画を立てることが望ましい.本報告では, 脊髄領域のMIP像作成によるAdamkiewicz動脈の描出手法, ならびに, Adamkiewicz動脈起始部となる肋間動脈の特定を目的とする, 胸部各血管領域の抽出・表示手法について述べる.マルチディテクタCTを用いて撮像した臨床データに対して提案手法を適用し, 提案手法の有効性を確認した.

In preoperative assessment of endovascular stent grafting, it is necessary to localize Adamkiewicz artery from 3-D CTA for avoiding paraplegia caused by its embolization. In this paper, we describe 3-D display method of Adamkiewicz artery by producing MIP images on spinal cord and that of intercostal artery, which is origin of Adamkiewicz artery, by extracting from aortic area and by using volume rendering. We applied our method to 2 clinical data taken by MDCT. From clinical application result, we confirmed effectiveness of our method.
