Abstract

遮断円筒導波管法は、長さ方向中央で分割された遮断円筒導波菅の間に試料を挟み、TE_<011>モードの共振周波数f_0の変化により比誘電率ε_rを、無負荷Q、Quより誘電正接tan∂を求めるミリ波帯における測定法である。本報告では、本法にて70GHz帯で評価を行い、その測定精度をより向上させるため、アンテナ角度、電波吸収体の効果、及び試料形状の影響について検討した。これより、導電率測定におけるアンテナ角度、及びアンテナと共振器間の結合度の最適化を行った。

This paper discusses a nondestructive method to measure accurately complex permittivity of dielectric sheet samples at the 70GHz. A dielectric plate resonator is constructed by sandwiching a dielectric sheet sample between two circular metallic cylinders oriented coaxially and is excited by coaxial cable with small loop. The optimization to insertion loss was important for the accurate estimation of unloaded Q by control of the coupling between the resonator and the antenna
