Abstract
本論文では、ウィスパリングギャラリーモード誘電体共振器を用いた一軸異方性誘電体材料の誘電率測定について報告する。試料共振器の共振周波数及び無負荷Qの測定値を、近似変数分離法あるいはモードマッチング法により導出した測定公式に代入し、軸に垂直及び平行方向の比誘電率と誘電正接を算定する。そして実際にミリ波帯(50〜110GHz)で行ったサファイア円板の測定結果について示す.
In this report, a permittivity measurement method of the uniaxial-anisotropic dielectric disk using a Whispering-Gallery mode dielectric resonator is discussed. The uniaxial-anisotropic complex permittivity is evaluated from the resonant frequency and unloaded Q value of the sample disk resonator with the evaluation formulas which are derived by using the approximated separation of variable method (A.S.V.method) or mode matching method. The measured results for sapphire disk in the millimeter-wave frequency band of 50 to 110 GHz are shown.
