アクセス手段としてマイクロ交換機分散網を利用するIP通信応用に関する一検討 A study on IP communications as high-layer communications of public communications in the distributed micro-switching network

IP通信を公衆通信網の高位レイヤ通信サービスに位置づけ、公衆通信網の接続制御と連動してIP通信を成立させる機構を検討した。制御階層を持った広域バックボーン網が通信事業者から既に提案されており、ここではアクセス網としてのマイクロ交換機分散網の動作を検討した。通信サービスとしてドメイン名と加入者を対応づけた基本発着信、WWWのような高速ダウンローディング、モーバイルコンピューティングを想定した端末の移動、加入者内の複数端末の指定接続である。通信網の制御信号と連動することにより有効な接続が出来る。

This paper proposes IP communications as high-layer communications of the public communications. It presents the establishment of the call control processing for the IP communications in the distributed micro-switching network in connection with a wide backbone network with a control layer outside of IP communications, which was proposed by an operating company. The examined services are; basic IP call origination and termination, high-speed downloading of WWW data, plug-in of mobile terminals and extension of terminals in each subscriber.
