鳥獣戯画テストの作成 : 「楽しむ能力」(The Ability to Enjoy)のリハビリツールとして(福祉とコミュニケーション)  [in Japanese] Making a Choju-Giga Test : As a rehabilitation tool of "Ability to enjoy"  [in Japanese]

頭部外傷,脳損傷,脳血管障害患者の高次脳機能についての研究が盛んである.しかしながら,高次脳機能障害に対するリハビリプログラムは確立されていない.そこで,我々は,QOL(Quality of Life)の諸要素と考えられる「楽しむ能力」(The Ability of Enj oy)に着目し,鳥獣戯画テストと称したリハビリツールを開発した.鳥獣戯画とは,日本アニメーションの起源と言われ,平安時代(12世紀)に鳥羽僧正が著したとされる.『鳥獣人物戯画』とも呼ばれるように,動物が人間の生活をまねしておもしろおかしく演じる様子が描写されている.もともとこの巻物には文章が書かれておらず正解がないため,この国宝作品の事をしっている被験者でも自由に語ることができる.

While studies on the higher brain functions of patients with head injury, brain damage, or cerebrovascular disorder have been popular, a rehabilitation program for the patients has not been established. Focusing on the ability to enjoy, one of the QOL(Quality of Life) elements, we developed a novel rehabilitation tool named Choju-Giga test. Choju-Giga is called the origin of animated cartoon ( Bishop Toba Twelve century). This cartoon describes a way of animals to imitate that of human beings funni ly. The original cartoon doesn' t have scripts but pictures only so that anyone can make a story wi thout constraints.
