Abstract
本研究では,5人集団に共通の見解を得ることを目的とした集団討議を行わせた.分析では,まず討議実験の発話データを,6種類のカテゴリーからなるコーディングシステムを用いて分類した.つぎにこうして得られた発言パターンから,"コーディネータ""情報提供者""聞き手""コメンテータ""ファシリテータ"という5種類の話者役割を抽出した.最後に,これらの話者役割と,課題解決および関係維持に関するリーダーシップ行動との関連について検討を行った.その結果,コーディネータは課題解決と関係維持と関連した行動を示し,ファシリテータは関係維持と関連した行動を示すことが明らかとなった.
In this research, 16 groups of five undergraduates were participated in a decision-making group discussion. First, transcriptions of audio recording were categorized using a coding system which consists of 6 categories. Analysis of the utterance pattern revealed five types of "Speaker-role" (Coordinator, Information giver, Listener, Commentator, and Facilitator). Then, the relationship between each speaker role and leadership behavior was investigated. The results showed that "Coordinator" was perceived as taking both performance and group-maintenance oriented leadership behavior, while "Facilitator" was perceived as taking group-maintenance oriented leadership behavior.
