近年,アクセスネットワークのブロードバンド化が急速に進み,インターネットを利用した放送サービスに対する期待が高まってきている.それに伴い,インターネット上での映像配信サービスの実現を目指し,様々な観点からそのサービス品質(Quality of Service: QoS)を制御する手法が検討されている.我々はこれまで,ユーザの映像品質に対する満足度を評価尺度とし,映像のコンテンツ毎にその特徴に沿った制御を行う手法を提案してきた.本稿では,映像のコンテンツとユーザの映像品質に対する満足度の関係を主観評価実験により明らかにし,より精度の高い品質制御の実現を試みる.さらに,その結果を用いた制御方法を提案する.

As broadband access networks are deployed over a wide area, broadcast services in the Internet have become more remarkable. In such context, Quality of Service (QoS) control technologies for practical video delivery services have become more important. For that reason, we have proposed a QoS control method using movie contents and user preferences of service quality. In this paper, we clarify a relationship between the key factor of user satisfaction of video quality and movie contents by conducting subjective assessments, and we try to apply the relationship to the proposed method. As a result, the method makes it possible to control QoSes more accurately.
