慢性疾患患者の診療を支援する外来検査管理システムの開発  [in Japanese] Development of test order scheduler for chronic disease patients  [in Japanese]

医療情報の社会基盤化は,政府のe-Japan計画の重点項目のひとつとして掲げられている.現在,診療記録の電子化はすすみ,医療機関には大量の時系列的データとして蓄積されてきている.このため,これを有効活用するために,診療記録を多様な形態で表示し情報把握を支援する機能,複数の医療機関の診療内容を共有する機能,診療を計画的・効率的に行うことを支援する機能などが医療機関から求められている.本報告では,慢性疾患患者のための外来診療における計画診療モデルを提案し,さらに,本モデルを適用した外来検査管理システムについて述べる.本システムは,患者毎に検査計画を作成し,計画データから検査オーダを自動生成する機能を有する.さらに,計画作成者の作業負担を軽減するユーザ・インターフェイスを提供する.これらは,オーダリングシステムに組み込む形で実現し,現在,試験稼動中である.

Among e-Japan strategic plans by the government's, computerization in the medical field was cited as an important development to be pursued. Medical institutions are storing more and more historical data. So the medical institutions require the information visualization function, data-interchange function and clinical support function using the data stored in the database. In this paper, we propose a clinical planning model and a test order scheduling system for chronic disease outpatients. This system is capable of making a test schedule and transferring test order automatically. This system also has user friendly user interfaces. This system is now being run on an experimental basis.
