嚥下活動評価のための多チャンネルインピーダンス測定によるIPGの検討  [in Japanese] Investigation of IPG by Multi Channels Impedance Measurement for Swallowing Evaluation  [in Japanese]

Abstract

これまで, 嚥下活動解析にIPG(Impedance Pharyngography)を用いることを提案してきた.

We have proposed IPG(Impedance Pharyngography) for analysis of swallowing. Now, we discussed about using IPG to improve reliableness and establish diagnosis basis. That is to say, we measured neck electrical impedances simultaneously using IPG measurement application with multi channels. First, we measured IPG and Electroglottography, which using neck electrical impedance like IPG. From the result, we discussed about formative mechanism of IPG and activity of organs which are concerned with swallowing. Next, we specified the organ which is concerned with IPG forming from result of divisional measurement to the front and side of neck.
