Abstract
振戦疾患(主にパーキンソン病)の鑑別支援を行うことを目的として上肢振戦加速度を計測し, ロバスト推定(M-推定)と離散ウェーブレット変換を用いて鑑別パラメータの提案を行った。4つのパラメータ(推定周波数, 姿勢時/安静時(加速度実効値), 姿勢時(加速度実効値), 姿勢時level(-3)方向余弦成分(加速度実効値))において, パーキンソン病患者・本態性振戦患者・健常高齢者の各群間で有意差が認められた。判別分析の結果, 正判別率83.8%と高い値を得ることができた。これより, 本手法の振戦疾患鑑別支援システムへの応用の可能性が示唆された。
For the purpose of supporting discrimination of tremor diseases (mainly Parkinson's disease), we measured tremor acceleration of upper limbs and proposed discrimination parameters by robust estimator (M-estimator) and discrete wavelet transform. Four parameters (presumption frequency, posturing/resting (acceleration of RMS), posturing (acceleration of RMS), posturing direction cosine of level (-3) (acceleration of RMS)) were significantly different among Parkinson's disease, Essential tremor and healthy aged people. As a result of discriminant analysis we can discriminate 83.8% correctly. These findings seen to be useful for the discrimination system of tremor diseases by these methods.
