従来のワークフロー管理システムでは、複雑なワークフローが変化した場合、定義情報の更新が困難になり易いという問題があった。本資料では、企業におけるワークフローが伝票、組織、業務の流れ、文書の内容によって構成されるとするFORCモデルを提案する。またFORCモデルに基づいたワークフロー管理パッケージBOWを用いることにより実現した、変化に強いワークフロー管理システムとその変更容易性について述べる。
Former workflow management system had a problem when modifying workflow. As managing workflows get complicated, modification of the system tends to become hard work. To solve this problem, we adopt workflow managing package BOW which based on FORC-model, treating workflow as set of elements of form, organization, routing and contents, to make modification easy. In this paper we describe BOW and report about the easiness in modification for the system made with BOW.
