Abstract

The key point of the manufacturing industry may be how the production process would be rectified. Tried the pursuing of bottle neck while looking for scope of the process to analyze at the products of NEC Data communications Division, and making all of business aspect clear by the Business Modeling technique. The business modeling needs further study usefully, but it finishes picturing the production process, and it can be one result itself whom the model which can regard as the objectivity was composed. It is expected when the production activity which was especially rooted in the Customer Satisfaction in thinking of the connection with the process on the sales surface in addition to the production surface is embodied. This is the proposition to make Transmission Operations business that it is easy to understand more near.
