抄録
製造業において鍵となるのは、その生産プロセスがいかに整流化されているかである。分析するプロセスの対象を、NECデータ通信事業部におけるデータコム製品に求め、業務モデリング手法により、全貌を明らかにしながら、ボトルネックの追求を試みた。業務モデリングがどこまで有用かはさらなる研究を必要とするが、生産プロセスを描ききり、客観視できるモデルを作ったこと自体、一つの収穫たり得る。先産面に加え、販売面のプロセスとの連係を考えることで、特に顧客満足度 (CS) に根ざした生産活動が具現化され、全体のプロセスが整流化されると見込まれる。実践活動の一例として報告する。
The key point of the manufacturing industry may be how the production process would be rectified. Tried the pursuing of bottle neck while looking for scope of the process to analyze at the products of NEC Data communications Division, and making all of business aspect clear by the Business Modeling technique. The business modeling needs further study usefully, but it finishes picturing the production process, and it can be one result itself whom the model which can regard as the objectivity was composed. It is expected when the production activity which was especially rooted in the Customer Satisfaction in thinking of the connection with the process on the sales surface in addition to the production surface is embodied.
