Abstract
コア拡大ファイバ端面を凹面ミラーにした凹面コア拡大ファイバファブリペロ光共振器を提案し,その動作解析を行った.ガウスビーム波の変換則を用いて,光の回折と多重反射を解析し,共振器特性を導出した.凹面ミラーは平面ミラーに比べ大きく特性が向上した.実験結果と計算値は傾向が一致した.モードフィールド径50μm,凹面曲率半径20mmを用いることにより共振器長可変範囲が50〜500μm(10倍可変)の光共振器が実現できることがわかった.
We proposed new fiber Fabry-Perot optical cavities with concave expanded-core fiber ends and analyzed the optical cavities using the transformation law of a Gausian beam. Concave ends were extremely effective compared with flat ends. The feature of the experimental result was explained by the value obtained by theoretical calculation. We found that a fiber Fabry-Perot optical cavity with a widely variable cavity length between 50 and 500 μm(10 magnifications) is obtained
