光FDM用LDアレーモジュールの結合損の均一化  [in Japanese] Equalization of the Coupling Loss of LD Array Modules for Optical FDM System  [in Japanese]

Abstract

モジュール組立時に行う, チャネル間の結合損の均一化の方法について提案を行っている. この方法は,結像点と光ファイバの位置ずれを, 第2レンズの位置を調整することによって補正し, 位置ずれ量を等しくしてチャネル間の結合損の均一化を図るものである. この方法による位置ずれの補正は, 第2レンズ位置を変えたときの光線の出射角変化が物点高さに依存するために可能となる. この方法により, 光学系のひずみ値に対する要求条件が約2倍緩和され, 結合損ばらつきが±0.5dB以内になるモジュールの歩留まりが約3倍向上する.
