Two species of Allomyia (A. delicatula and A. coronae) are redescribed. Seven new species (A. pumila, A. bifoliolata, A. acicularis, A. dilatata, A. acerosa, A. curvata, and A. gracillima) are described from Hokkaido, northern Japan. A generic description, keys, and figures of male and known female genitalia for the Japanese species are provided. The distribution of each species in Japan is summarized.
