Abstract

The Japanese species of the genus Derops are revised. All the known species, including a new species and an unrecorded species, are either described or redescribed, and a key to them is given. The new species is D. okinawanus from Okinawa-honto of the Ryukyus, and the unrecorded species is D. coreanus Y. WATANABE from the Tsushima Islands.
