Abstract

Epaphiama peckorum DEUVE, 1992, is placed in a junior synonym of Epaphiopsis morimotoi S. UENO, 1984. Chronological sequence of genus-group names in the Epaphiopsis complex is explicitly explained to avoid unnecessary confusion in the future about the problem of priority.
