環境教育における川の利用  [in Japanese] An Application of Rivers as the Field for the Practical Education of Environment  [in Japanese]

本論文では，川の環境と生物を調べることによって，環境教育の場としての川の環境の把握と活用の可能性について考察した。調査した川では蛇行による河床の規則性は人為的な堰の構築によって相当不明瞭になっていたが，その調査結果は水の流れが生み出す河川環境の一般的な特徴を理解するには十分であった。また魚類や底生動物の分布も河川環境を反映しており，児童の体験的な調査によって川の環境と生物についての学習が可能であることが示唆された。This paper refers to the probability of an application of rivers as the field for the education of environment,from the data of environtal factors and biotic cmmunity.The characteristics of river bed were not clear,because the dams forced to change the water currents.Nevertheless,our results concerning relationships among the river bed,current velocity and biotic community suggested that the rivers are useful field for teaching the environmental theory of riverthrough the practical studies by the children at the river.
