SYNTHESIS OF (1R, 2R, 4S, 17R)-LOBA-8,10,13(15)-TRIENE-17,18-DIOL, A MARINE DITERPENE

Abstract

Synthesis of marine diterpene 1 (1R, 2R, 4S, 17R) has been achieved via coupling of ketone 7 and sulfone 6,leading to the determination of hte absolute stereochemistry.
