高速液体クロマトグラフィーによる化粧品中のステアリン酸グリチルレチニルの定量  [in Japanese] Determination of Glycyrrhetinyl Stearate in Cosmetics by High Performance Liquid Chromatography  [in Japanese]

Abstract

A simple method for the analysis of glycyrrhetinyl stearate (SGS) in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography has been developed. A YMC Pack polyamine column is very stable compared with Nucleosil NH_2 in the acidic phase. The optimum condition for the separation of SGS in cosmetics are as follows : column, YMC Pack Polyamine (4.6 mm i.d.×250 mm, 5 μm) ; mobile phase, methanol-tetrahydrofuran-acetic acid (80 : 20 : 0.05), 1 ml/min, column temperature, ambient. Detection wavelength ; 248 nm. Recoveries of SGS from 6 types of cosmetic are more than 96%. These results obtained here indicate that this method is suitable for detecting the SGS in cosmetics.
