抄録

Seven dammarane-oligoglycosides named gypenoside XXII (1), XXIII (2), XXIV (3), XXX (4), XXXI (5), XXXII (6) and XXXIII (7) were isolated from the aerial parts of Gynostemma pentaphyllum MAKINO collected in Hyogo pref. On the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence, they were characterized as follows : 1, 19, 21-dihydroxydammar-24-ene-3-O-(β-sophorosyl)-20 (S)-O-[β-xylopyranosyl (1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside] : 2, 19, 20 (S)-dihydroxydammar-24-ene-3-O-(β-sophorosyl)-21-O-β-D-glucopyranoside : 3, 19-oxo-20 (S)-hydroxydammar-24-ene-3-O-(β-sophorosyl)-21-O-β-D-glucopyranoside : 4, 19, 21-dihydroxy-dammar-24-ene-3-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-20 (S)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside : 5, 19, 20 (S), 21-trihydroxydammar-24-ene-3-O-β-sophoroside : 6, 19, 20 (S)-dihydroxydammar-24-ene-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-21-O-β-D-glucopyranoside : 7, 19-oxo-20 (S), 21-dihydroxydammar-24-ene-3-O-β-sophoroside.
