Abstract

対角1メータの大型カラープラズマディスプレイの製造が開始され、この分野の極めて活発な展開が注目されている。本論文では、大型カラープラズマディスプレイの最新の電極構造に関する開発動向とその製造技術を要素材料を含めて解説し、今後の研究開発の方向についても予想する。

Since 40-in-diagonal Color Plasma Displays have been produced, the attention has been riveted to the very rapid progresses on the development of large area Color Plasma Displays. The present paper will described the trend of the development on the latest electrode structures and manufacturing technologies including materials. The trend of the research and development for color plasma displays will be expected.
