高齢社会における移動補助具に関する調査研究  [in Japanese] Research on aids for mobility in aged society  [in Japanese]

This study focused on the transfer actions of physically handicaped persons, and aimed to make a suggestion for the method of concept making in design of aids for mobility considering whole transfer systems. Firstly, we analyzed current market line-up of the aids for mobility using the quantification theory type III. As the result, current aids satisfied most of fundamental transfer function and user's needs, but not sufficient in considering variety of user's needs in various life styles. Secondly, we suggested a method for concept making in design of wheelchair in typical shopping action of users.
