Abstract
薬草採集家にインタビューし,さらに標本の採集と同定を行うことにより,Phu Kham Village, Pua District, Nan Province(タイ王国)のTai Lueがどのような薬用植物を利用しているか,調査を行った。採集標本は農業省の二つの標本室(BK,BKF)にある標本と付き合わせて確認した。その結果,58科に属する123種が利用されていることが分かり,そのうち16種類は薬用植物として初めての記録であった。123種の内訳は,双子葉植物が104種,単子葉植物が15種,裸子植物1種,シダ類3種であった。このうち68種が他の薬用植物と混ぜて46通りに使われるが,他の55種は単独で治療に利用されている。
A survey on the utilization of medicinal plants used by Tai Lue at Phu Kham Village, Pua District, Nan Province was carried out by interviewing herbalists followed by collecting plant specimens and identifying the plant specimens. In addition, the plant specimens were compared with authentic specimens at two herbaria: the Bangkok Herbarium, Botany Section, Botany and Weed Science Division, Department of Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture and the Forest Herbarium, Royal Forest Department, Ministry of Agriculture. One hundred and twenty three plants belonging to 58 families are reported, from which 16 kinds are newly recorded as medicinal plants. They were found belonging to 104 dicots, 15 monocots, one gymnosperm and three ferns. Sixty eight kinds are used in combination with other medicinal plants in a total of 46 different preparations whereas the other 55 kinds are used as a single remedy.
