日本産タチモ(アリノトウグサ科)の染色体数 Chromosome Numbers of Myriophyllum ussuriense Maxim. (Haloragaceae) in Japan

Abstract

日本産タチモ(アリノトウグサ科フサモ属)の染色体数を,北海道,本州,四国の57集団で採集した植物を用い調査した。その結果,2倍体(2n=14)と3倍体(2n=21)の存在が確認された。このうち2倍体は57集団全てで確認されたが,3倍体が確認されたのは1集団のみであった。同一地域から2倍体と3倍体の存在が確認されたのは初めてであるが,日本では3倍体は稀で2倍体が優勢であることが明らかになった。

Chromosome numbers in Japanese Myriophyllum ussuriense were determined for 165 accessions from 57 populations. Two chromosome numbers 2n=14 and 2n=21 were found. Diploids with 2n=14 are common and widely distributed throughout Japan. Triploids were found from only one locality.
