東海丘陵要素の植物地理 : I.定義  [in Japanese] Phytogeography of Tokai Hilly Land Element : I. Definition  [in Japanese]

Abstract

Circum-Ise Bay area, which is newly defined here, means hill and terrace regions that surround Ise Bay, (10-)50 to 600(-1000) m in elevation. A lot of local endemic, semi-endemic and relict taxa growing in small peatless mires (swamp and marsh) in the area are found. The following plants are defined here as Tokai hilly land element: Magnolia tomentosa, Berberis sieboldii, Drosera indica, Drosera spathulata ssp. tokaiensis, Pyrus calleryana, Acer pycnanthum, Vaccinium sieboldii, Chionanthus restusus, Pedicularis resupinata var. microphylla, Utricularia minutissima, Veratrum stamineum var. micranthum, Eriocaulon nudicspe and Eulalia speciosa.
