This is a study on the process of urbanization and the land use restriction in urbanization areas. This paper is to follow the previous Part 2 and reporting the fact-finding concerned with the development of small housing estate in Machida-city. The contents of this Part 3 are as follows : 1. Introduction 2. The increase in the development of small housing estate. 3. The actual condition in the development of small housing estate and its mechanism of development. 4. The problem in the development of small housing estate and land use regulation. 5. Conclusion
