ホルマリンで不活化した豚由来ニパウイルスに対するモノクロナール抗体の作成と性状解析 Production and Characterization of Monoclonal Antibodies against Formalin-Inactivated Nipah Virus Isolated from the Lungs of a Pig

ホルマリンで不活化した豚由来ニパウイルスに対する8株のモノクロナール抗体(Mab)を作成した。これらのMabは,間接蛍光抗体法では全て陽性で,その内の一株は強い中和活性を示し,各種性状解析の結果6種類以上に分類された。これらのMabは,ニパウイルス感染症の免疫診断及びウイルスの分子生物学的解析に有用と思われる。

Eight clones of monoclonal antibodies (Mabs) to Nipah virus (NV) were produced against formalin-inactivated NV antigens. They reacted positive by indirect immunotluorescent antibody test, and one of them also demonstrated virus neutralizing activity. They were classified into six different types based on their biological properties. These Mabs will be useful for immunodiagnosis of NV infections in animals and further research studies involving the genomes and proteins of NV.
