Abstract

A major educational paradigm shift has been surely seen behind the recent broadband network era. It is not the hardware but the education content including teaching methods that is important in the distance education. To develop the advanced education contents, we focus on simulation learning, MBL (Model Based Learning) and hands-on learning, and have found them quite effective in the actual distance education.
