抄録
The changes of the Curie temperatures of BaTiO3 ceramics doped with Fe, Ni, Cu and Nb were measured from the shifts of the peaks in the permittivity-temperature curves. The corresponding changes of the electrical conductivity were evaluated from the frequency and temperature dependence of the dielectric losses. The various possible causes of the phenomena of the Tc-change were discussed.
