BZ反応の確率的モデリングと外乱のパターン形成過程への影響  [in Japanese] Stochastic Modeling of the BZ Reaction and Influence of Disturbances on Pattern Formations  [in Japanese]

Abstract

This paper has concern with a stochastic modeling of the Belousov-Zhabotinsky (BZ) reaction and its simulation study. In the BZ reaction, a target pattern and a spiral one are observed, which denote spatio-temporal oscillation of concentration of chemical substances. Up to date, excellent works in analysis of pattern formations have been performed, however, models in such analysis were considered in a deterministic framework. So, we cannot analyze the influence of disturbances such as impurities and obstacles in chemical substances on pattern formations using such deterministic models. In this paper, taking disturbances into consideration, we will propose a stochastic model of the BZ reaction and study the influence of disturbances on pattern formations through simulation experiments.
