The product process innovation has been advancing by way of digital technology The evaluating method for the three-dimensional shape of products has been required This paper describes the development of high-speed and high-accuracy shape measurement and modeling technology using X-ray CT for vehicle parts in general We showed the result of the technology applied to high quality vehicle development
