A Revision of the Genus Merohister from Japan (Coleoptera, Histeridae), Part 1

Abstract

This paper is the first part of the revision for the Japanese Merohister, and contains a diagnosis of the genus and redescriptions of M. jekeli and M. aino. Of these, M. aino is reinstated as a good species ; it has erroneously been synonymized with M. jekeli.
