A New Japanese Species of Leptoteleia KIEFFER (Hymenoptera, Scelionidae), Reared from Eggs of the Green Tree Cricket

Abstract

Leptoteleia japonica sp. nov., a solitary egg parasitoid of the green tree cricket Calyptotrypus hibinonis, is described. The genus Leptoteleia KIEFFER (Hymenoptera, Scelionidae) is newly recorded from Japan.
