A New Subspecies of Prioneris autothisbe (HUBNER) (Lepidoptera, Pieridae) from Bali, Indonesia

Abstract

A new subspecies of Prioneris autothisbe is described from Bali, Indonesia and its habitat and habits are also reported in relation to those of Delias species. It is characterized by the narrow black distal border of its hindwing upperside and the orange ground colour of its hindwing underside.
