A New Species of the Ant Genus Acanthomyrmex (Hymenoptera, Formicidae) from Thailand

Abstract

A new species, Acanthomyrmex thailandensis, from Thailand is described based on the worker and female. This is the 12th species of the Acanthomyrmex and is the first record of this genus from Thailand.
