Mites Associated with Orchids in Thailand

Abstract

Mites on orchids grown in nurseries in Thailand were collected while surveys on insects associated with orchids were made. Three determined and two unidentified species belonging to Phytoseiidae, Bdellidae and Tenuipalpidae were recognized. First two predaceous families were recorded for the first time from orchids.
