脳卒中患者の栄養管理とQOL  [in Japanese] Improvement of Nutrition and QOL for Stroke Patients  [in Japanese]

Abstract

One of the most important problems for stroke patients is nutritional management. Malnutrition results in poor prognosis with many complications. Many patients with consciousness disturbance and dysphagia undergo enteral nutrition. PEG facilitates a smooth rehabilitation and increases QOL.
