- 斜め45°方向から導入したFODにおける残留応力分布(S06-1 薄膜・微小郎域の応力評価,S06 放射光による応力測定と残留応力評価)
Abstract
Distribution of residual stress generated by foreign object damage (FOD) was measured by the sin^2ψ method using the synchrotron radiation at SPring-8. The FOD was introduced onto the cross section of a cylindrical Ti-6Al-4V alloy by shooting a steel ball with a diameter φ4.7mm from 90° or 45° direction at a velocity υ=180 m/s. The shot from 45° direction generated the tensile residual stress inside the indentation, while the residual stress by the shot from 90° direction was compressive inside the indentation.
