抄録

This paper aims to discover the wall element and the open element as an architectural shape element. This paper proposes new method to make preceding data "bipolar-scopical conversion method" for the discovering process. The vector data for getting the continuity of the wall and the detailed information on the wall thickness and the open element is obtained by performing macroscopic conversion and microscopic conversion for the raster data scanned in two kinds of different resolution, respectively. These vector data are used to discover the wall element and the open element by using the original algorithm based on N-gram theory.
